3.1Building a deck

1. 3.1.1

   A deck holds 30 to 80 cards.

2. 3.1.2

   A deck holds at most 3 copies of any one card.

3. 3.1.3

   A deck holds at least one Leader. The Leader is part of the deck and counts towards its size; it is taken out of the deck when the duel begins (6.1.1).

4. 3.1.4

   There is no rule about attributes: a deck may hold Light cards, Dark cards or both.

5. 3.1.5

   In online play, a deck you built yourself may only hold cards you own; the ready-made starter and theme decks can be played by everyone. Duels against the computer opponent and the deck test follow the same deck rules.
