Rulings
- You may activate the effect even with fewer than two cards in hand, but the cost can't be paid then, so it does not resolve and draws nothing (11.5.2). The use still counts (11.7.3).
- Twice per duel and once per turn. If Mammon somehow left the field and came back, his limits would start again (11.7.2).
- As a Leader on the altar, Mammon can use his effect from your fourth turn on, when the altar becomes proactive (8.3.1).
